2 inch receiver only. You need an adaptor for 1.25 receiver.

Can this bike rack be used with step through bike type without an adapter bar?

You must use adapter bar on a step through.

Any wobbling with this? Has anyone’s rusted?

No wobble or rust so far and I’ve used it in a downpour.

Does this really hold 180lbs? i have two ebikes that are 75lbs each, i’m scared to risk it!

It holds our 2 ebikes, an aventon aventure and a beecool explorer. We do take out the batteries when transporting. Have had absolutely no problems so far.

Will this work with the back spare tire on a JL Wrangler?

Most likely you would need a hitch extender.
