Tip: Plan for the Hook Set

In this current story from Dom Swentosky over at Troutbitten, he shares a tip that I first heard from a Boy Scout chief in my early teenagers. Dom talks in regards to the significance of planning in your hook set, particularly when fishing on smaller water. On large, wide-open rivers, you don’t essentially must plan for the hook set as totally. On water that’s overgrown, or with a low ceiling of bushes, one hook set that will get away from you may simply put all of your flies in a tree.
